Bakers of all ages enjoy Birthdays, Camps, Classes, and Team Building Activities at Tal’s!
We use real eggs, real butter, organic flour, and local produce for everything we make- from our baked goods to our catered dinners.
The winding sandstone roads of my hometown, Haifa, Israel, are full of locally owned businesses that thrive in the sea and sun-soaked paradise. The people of Haifa gathered in community each morning at our local Konditoria.
With its hand-made pastries, richly brewed coffee, and charming atmosphere, the Konditoria has been a staple for Israeli culture and cuisine for generations.
When I moved to America, I made it my mission to bring the warmth and community from my homeland Konditoria to my new home of California. In 2012, I opened Tal’s Patisserie, combining my favorite pastries from France, the Mediterranean, and Israel.
From our inception to today, we choose to use the extra time and resources to serve only all-natural pastries made by hand to maintain the authenticity of our ancient inspiration.
In the seven years at Tal’s, we’ve expanded our pastry shop to now include breakfast and lunch, classic Israeli catering, and baking classes for both kids and adults in our community of Danville. We also decided to stay open until 5:00pm most days so that our neighbors with all different types of jobs and lives can enjoy breakfast, lunch and fresh pastries all day long.
With our community focus and commitment to all-natural foods, I’m proud to say that Tal’s has now become a gathering place for Danville. We hope you can come see us soon.
